EVENING GOWN FOR MISS SINGAPORE UNIVERSE '09 - RACHEL KUM

I met Rachel Kum during the 1st fitting along with all the other contestants for MSU '09 in March. Indeed, this young lady stood out among the rest of the contestants. Having worked with many beauty queens and mega stars, this girl did have a certain special quality about her.

Rachel is beautiful, has great skin and a good proportionate body. Definitely not one of the taller contestants, she is able to prance around with a pair of 6 inch heels. Gentle in nature and well mannered, and able to hold a great conversation - Definite making of a great Miss Singapore!

Many have written to enquire what I kind of evening gown,I have designed for Miss Singapore Universe 09 - Rachel Kum, to wear at the International pageant this August.
